Great experience at Claw BBQ. Hamid assisted us and was very attentive throughout. We tried the newly launched Rootin’ Tootin’ menu and gaming area. Has generous portions and interactive fun games. Great outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the weather now in Dubai. Would definitely come back.

Decent food in a fabulous location. The restaurant is open to non-Hilton guests as well, and the dinner is absolutely worth traveling for, even from quite far away, thanks to amazing daily offers. The staff is truly kind and attentive to every request. Madi was a key reference point in choosing every dish. I’ve never eaten American and Mexican food in such a beautiful place. Here they really emphasize spicy food too, it’s just a shame that Carolina Reaper sauce is missing for a truly transcendental experience. You can thankfully add as much Tabasco as you like.
Amazing place with fantastic food and wonderful service! Always such a pleasure to be here , the vibes are perfect for a chilled, relaxing evening. A special shout-out to Clara, she’s one of the best! This is one of our absolute favorite spots at The Palm. Thank you to the entire Claw team for always making our visits so enjoyable
A great place if you're looking for a fun night out with good food and a lively atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive,even though the place was packed. Overall it was a really fun evening and we'd definitely go back!!!
I usually have mixed expectations when it comes to hotel restaurants but this place proved me wrong. Very delicious classic American style food. Tacos, quesadillas, corn dogs, steaks, burgers, crabs and boiled shrimps. Ate here several times during my stay and everything i ordered was very good. I liked their large salad plates and my husband went wild for the Alaskan King Crab legs. Friendly staff. Place has a pub vibe. Has indoor and outdoor seating.
It was a place full of fun with table billiards, basketball shooting machines, spinning chair shots, buffalo machine ride and a lot more of fun activities. My only concern is the loud music, if people try to have conversation it’s really difficult to hear. Above all else, it was a fun place to visit, we made friends in match, on the beer Pong table. Hahaha
Had the best experience and a fun time during 4th of July Celebration. Photo doesn't give justice but the food was good. I just wish that Shrimp (Shebang on the menu) has a good serving though it's 99aed only but overall it was a nice experience. Had to wait for few minutes coz table wasn't ready and sadly our preferred beer finished in our few sips of our first drink. I guess people are enjoying a lot!
First night at Hilton, visited Claw BBQ. All staff were amazing, especially our personalised waitress Thilini who was so cheerful and happy when introducing herself and taking our orders. Lovely service! would highly recommend. Many thanks, Paris and Tom. X
